I just learned about this rock group made up of individuals with developmental disabilities. Finally a rock band to be inspired by. They sound great.

After seeing Split Lip Rayfield live for the first time my first thought was that I can’t believe what I have been missing. These guys put on a wild show. They played so hard at times that it was like watching a punk blue grass band. The crowd really got into it. Obviously most of the fans new their music well. At the end of the show the crowd gave them a standing ovation and called for another song. It’s not often that you see a response like that for an opening act.
As I expected they stole the show from Railroad Earth. I really enjoyed Railroad Earth, but they just did not play with the energy and raw heart and soul of Split Lip.
